Our Accommodations
Our affordable 10 room motel is immaculate and offers two to three beds per unit. All rooms are non-smoking and have a private bath. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a hair dryer. Dogs are welcome in two of our rooms (1 & 3) for an additional $20.00 per night. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
Standard Room
Our eight Standard Rooms feature one queen size bed and one full size bed. Accommodates three guests.

Deluxe Room
Our two Deluxe Rooms feature one queen size bed and two full size beds. Accommodates four guests.

Private Cabin
Our cabin is located behind the motel and is a self contained unit. The spacious kitchen includes a full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, and sink. Cooking utensils, plates, and silverware are provided. The cabin also has a living room and private bath. You'll find a king size bed and satellite TV in the master bedroom and a full size bed in the loft. All you are required to bring is food and gear. No smoking please.

Kenai Lake Escape
Only 1.5 miles from the Sunrise Inn Kenai Lake Escape is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the beach at Kenai Lake and Quartz Creek. If you want to feel like you are away from the tourist action, but can join it in minutes this is the perfect location.
Comfort says it all! Kenai Lake Escape is the perfect place for a larger group. This completely self-contained property consists of a very large open kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery. There are three bedrooms with five beds. Two rooms have both a king bed and a twin bed, while the third room has one queen bed. The living room has seating for eight and is equipped with Dish Network and WiFi. There are two full bathrooms. Other amenities include use of the washer and dryer, a BBQ, fire pit, horseshoe pit and freezer space for fish.
*This property can be rented as a two or three bedroom unit depending on your needs. When rented as a two bedroom the queen size room and second bathroom are closed off.
